At Everglade Primary School, our vision is for every student to become a capable learner, an effective communicator, and a responsible citizen. To make this vision a reality, we worked closely with our students, staff, local community, and iwi to create a roadmap for the next two years.

This Strategic Plan focuses on three main pillars—Student Achievement, School Values, and Whānau Engagement—to ensure our school continues to be a place where every child can thrive.

At Everglade School, we are committed to providing the best possible environment for your child to grow and learn. Our Annual Plan is the document that explains exactly how we intend to do that over the next 12 months.

Think of it as our "to-do list" for school improvement. It is built around three big goals and covers four main areas:

• Our Initiatives: These are the specific projects or programs we are starting this year to help us reach our goals.

• Our Actions: The step-by-step tasks our staff will take to make those projects a reality.

• Our Resources: What we need—such as new equipment, the staff, specialised training for teachers, or specific funding—to get the job done.

• Measuring Success: How we will check our progress to ensure these changes are actually making a positive difference for our students.
