At Everglade School, we structure and plan all we do around our strategic goals. Our strategic goals have three primary focuses: student achievement, school values and whanau engagement. The goals were derived from consultation with the local community, students, staff members and local iwi.

Our annual implementation plan sets annual targets and actions for working towards our strategic goals. This will guide the mahi around meeting our goals in 2024.
