You can now use our SkoolLoop app to notify the school of an absence from your cell phone. Alternatively an answer phone is available 24 hours a day.
If you know your child is going to be absent due to a prior commitment we would appreciate a notification from you before the first day of absence. Notifying us of absences saves our office staff considerable time as we follow up all unexplained absences. Otherwise a written note should be sent to the class teacher on the first day back at school.
A written explanation is needed if the absence is to be lengthy so that a place is retained on the roll for your child.
